Website Terms and Conditions for Educational Coaching Registration
These terms and conditions apply to coaching centres ("Users") registering on our platform Coaching Planet.
1.0 Registration and User Information:
1.1 Registration Fee: Users are required to pay a non-refundable fee of INR 999 upon completion of the registration process.
1.2 User Information: Users must provide valid contact information such as a WhatsApp number and email address.
1.3 Verification Documents: Users are required to complete a Google Form, attaching all necessary documents as requested for security and anti-spam purposes.
2.0 Approval Process:
2.1 Users should contact the administrator via WhatsApp at 8078665389 or via email at coachingplanet.in@gmail.com post-registration for approval.
2.2 The administrator has the exclusive right to approve or deny any registration application.
3.0 Access to Services and Potential Earnings:
3.1 Approved Users will have access to various website functionalities like practice sliders, classes, and blog posts.
3.2 Users can potentially earn up to INR 5000 per month from these services.
4.0 Commission Structure on Earnings:
4.1 First-Time Earnings: If a User's earnings exceed INR 5000 in any given month, a 30% commission on the total earnings must be paid to the website owner.
4.2 Subsequent Earnings: The following commission rates apply for future earnings:
4.2.1 Earnings up to INR 10000: 35% commission
4.2.2 Earnings exceeding INR 10000: 40% commission
5.0 Subscription Continuity:
5.1 If a User fails to earn a minimum of INR 5000 in the first month of registration, they are required to pay an additional fee of INR 999 for the continuity of their subscription.
6.0 Account Termination:
6.1 If a User does not meet the minimum earnings of INR 5000 for three consecutive months, their account will be terminated.
6.2 The User's registration and all associated data will be cleared by the administrator.
6.3 Users do not have the right to request data restoration upon account termination.
7.0 Copyright and Intellectual Property:
7.1 Users are prohibited from using copyrighted material including, but not limited to, electronic and mechanical materials.
7.2 Unauthorized photocopying and sharing are strictly prohibited.
7.3 Violation of this clause may result in immediate account termination.
8.0 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
8.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
8.2 Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
By completing the registration process, Users agree to comply with these terms and conditions. It is the responsibility of each User to ensure they fully understand and agree to all terms.
