REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY (NO REFUNDS)

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made on our websites and mobile applications (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Sumitra Devi (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By purchasing any course, test series, subscription, digital content, or any paid feature through our Services, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.

2. No Refund Policy (Important)

All sales are final.

We do not provide refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • accidental purchase or wrong plan selection

  • change of mind after purchase

  • partial usage or non-usage of the purchased product

  • dissatisfaction with content, format, or expectations

  • device problems, app issues, internet/network problems, or user-side technical issues

  • upgrade/downgrade decisions

  • exam date changes or personal schedule issues

  • subscription cancellation during an active period

  • duplicate purchase made by the user

  • payment failures where access was already granted

No exceptions will be made unless a refund is required by applicable law or mandated by a court/authority.


3. Digital Products & Instant Access

Our products and services are digital and access is usually provided instantly after successful payment. Once access is granted, the product is considered delivered.


4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Subscriptions / Plans

If a plan is subscription-based, you may stop future renewals by canceling through the same platform you used to purchase (e.g., Google Play, website payment system).

  • Cancellation stops future billing (where applicable).

  • Cancellation does not entitle you to any refund for the current billing period or remaining validity time.


5. Failed Transactions / Payment Issues

If your payment is deducted but access is not granted due to a technical issue, please email us at admin@coachingplanet.in with your transaction details.
We will verify and provide access or resolve the issue as support.
This is not a refund process.


6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback/dispute with your bank/payment provider, we may suspend access to the Services until the issue is resolved and may provide evidence of digital delivery/access to the payment provider as required.


7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of our Services after updates means you accept the revised Policy.
