Services include: our websites and all mobile applications published by us, including any exam preparation content, mock tests, quizzes, courses, test series, PDFs, live/recorded classes (if any), certificates (if any), notifications, and support.

Unless we explicitly allow it in writing, accounts are personal and should not be shared with others.
4. Educational Purpose Disclaimer (Important)
Our content is provided for educational and practice purposes only.
We do not guarantee exam selection, passing, rank, job placement, or any specific result.
While we try to keep content accurate and updated, we do not guarantee that all questions, answers, or explanations are error-free or match official exam patterns.
Any government exam names/logos mentioned (if any) are for identification only; we are not affiliated with any government organization unless explicitly stated.
5. Content, Access & Service Availability
5.1 Content Access
Some content may be free; some may require payment/subscription. Access features may vary by platform/app version and may change over time.
5.2 Downtime & Updates
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including for maintenance, upgrades, security, or legal reasons.
5.3 Device & Internet
You are responsible for your device, internet connection, and any carrier charges.
6. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
6.1 Payments
If you purchase a plan/course/test series, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways. We do not store full card/banking details.
6.2 Digital Content Delivery
Most purchases provide access to digital content. Once access is granted, digital content is generally considered “delivered”.
6.3 Refund Policy (Recommended)
Refund eligibility depends on the plan and the issue. Unless required by law, we may not provide refunds for:
change of mind, partial usage, or unused duration
user device/internet issues
violation of Terms (e.g., sharing accounts, copying content)

Attempt to bypass paywalls, app security, licensing checks, or access controls
Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or tamper with the app/website
Use the Services for unlawful activities, harassment, hate, abuse, or fraud
Upload viruses/malware or attempt to disrupt the Services
Impersonate any person/entity or misrepresent affiliation
We may suspend/terminate accounts violating these rules.
8. Intellectual Property (Copyright & Ownership)
All content and materials on the Services—such as questions, explanations, videos, PDFs, graphics, logos, app UI, and branding—are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services for personal, non-commercial educational use only.
9. User Content (If You Submit Anything)
If the Services allow you to post comments, feedback, or upload content (“User Content”):
You are responsible for your User Content.
You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that User Content for operating/improving the Services.
Do not submit content that violates laws or infringes rights of others.

The Services may contain links or integrations with third-party services (including payment gateways). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or actions. Use them at your own risk.

issues caused by device, network, third-party services, or user misuse
Our total liability (if any) is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 30 days for the specific Service that gave rise to the claim (or INR 0 if you paid nothing), unless law requires otherwise.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Bharatpur, Rajasthan, unless otherwise required by law.
